At Garrido Specialty Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns for items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@garridospecialtycoffee.com with your order details and a description (or photo) of the issue.
2. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the perishable nature of coffee. However, if an error occurred with your order, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
